This notice explains what we collect when you use the Start Planning form and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you submit a planning inquiry, we collect the trip details and contact information you provide, such as name, email, phone number, destination preferences, dates, party size, budget range, and notes.
How we use it
We use your inquiry to follow up about travel planning, send a confirmation of what you submitted, and respond to your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Anonymous site analytics
We count visits to each page and measure how long a page remains actively visible. A random anonymous identifier is saved in your browser so visits from the same browser can be grouped together. These measurements do not store your raw IP address, user agent, name, or contact details. IP exclusion preferences are stored only as keyed hashes. Anonymous page-session records remain until the site owner deletes the analytics history.
Security and retention
Inquiry details are transmitted to our email inbox for handling. We do not store lead submissions in a public database on this website. Spam-prevention tools (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) may process a verification token when enabled.
